Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. At Book Hurghada Tours, we aim to offer flexible and fair cancellation terms. Please read the details below before making your booking.

1. Free Cancellation

• Most of our tours can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
• To cancel, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference number.

2. Last-Minute Cancellations

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, or fail to show up, a partial or full fee may be charged.
• No-shows (without notice) are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

• If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

4. Tour Cancellations by Us

• In rare cases, we may cancel a tour due to weather conditions, minimum participant requirements, or operational issues.
• In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

• If you'd like to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
