1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website: bookhurghadatours.com.
  • We accept secure online payments by Visa, Mastercard, and other major payment gateways.
  • Prices listed on the website are per person, unless stated otherwise.
  • All prices include applicable taxes and fees, unless stated.

2. Confirmation & Vouchers

  • You will receive an instant confirmation email upon successful booking.
  • You may be required to show your booking confirmation (printed or digital) before the activity.

3. Pickup & Meeting Points

  • Pickup is included for most activities within Hurghada city. Additional fees may apply for other locations such as El Gouna, Makadi, or Safaga.
  • Customers must be ready at the designated time and location. Delays may result in missed activities without refund.

4. Changes & Cancellations

  • Free cancellation is available for most tours if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged partially or fully.
  • In rare cases of weather conditions or operational issues, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours with full refund.

5. Health & Safety

  • Participants must be in good health to join physical activities such as diving, snorkeling, quad biking, or boat trips.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or special needs in advance.
  • We are not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from reckless or unauthorized behavior during tours.

6. Children & Family Bookings

  • Children are welcome on most tours. However, some activities may have age restrictions (e.g. scuba diving, desert rides).
  • Infants (under 3 years) usually join for free unless stated.

7. Responsibility & Liability

  • Book Hurghada Tours acts as an agent between you and local tour operators.
  • While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for delays, loss, or injuries caused by third-party providers.
